"Could be cleaner and better looked after"
I used Q-Park last weekend and, honestly... it wasn’t the best experience. The car park just felt a bit dirty, especially around the stairs and the payment machines. There was rubbish tucked in the corners, and the place had a slightly musty smell too.
The parking itself was fine, so no issue there, but some of the lights looked like they weren’t working and the lift was really slow... which didn’t make it feel very well looked after. For the price, I expected it to be cleaner and better maintained.

"Pretty simple to book ahead"
I pre-booked a space online and, it was about as straightforward as I assumed it would be. The confirmation email came through quickly too, which was nice. I just wish the pricing had been a little clearer upfront, since I kind of expected to know the full cost before getting too far into it...

I parked at Q-Park and felt comfortable leaving my car there. The place was well lit, there were cameras around, and the barriers definitely made it feel more secure.
When I came back later, everything was exactly as I left it, which is always a relief. No stress, no worries, just a solid parking experience.

"Staff were kinda helpful when I got stuck"
I had a bit of trouble with the ticket machine and was kinda stuck, but a staff member came over and helped me out quickly. Made the whole parking situation way less stressful, so cheers for that...

"Website’s fine, but the app feels a little clunky"
The website works well overall, so I can’t really complain there. The app, though, feels kind of awkward to use. I kept thinking, “Am I missing something, or is this just not very smooth?” It gets the job done, but it could definitely be more intuitive

"Got it sorted, just not super fast"
I had to reach out to customer service about an issue with my booking. They did get back to me and fixed it in the end, but it felt like it took a bit longer than I was expecting. To be fair, I don’t really know if they were just busy that day or if that’s normal. Overall it was okay, just not the quickest response.

I’ve parked here a few times now and there are always plenty of spaces, so I’ve never had to drive around looking. A friend recommended it to me, i can see why.

"Clear signs and a easy experience"
I remember feeling a little relieved when I pulled in because the signs were easy to follow and the spaces were laid out in a way that made sense. I did circle for a minute trying to figure out the exit, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a smooth, no-hassle parking experience

"Refund came through without much fuss"
I had to cancel my parking and was a little unsure how the refund would go. It took a couple of days to show up, but it did come through without any real hassle. Support wasn’t lightning fast, but they did reply and were helpful enough. If you’re in the same boat, I’d say just give it a few days before worrying too much.
